This is a Project Management application. This application is used for projects on which several people might be involved.
This Project Management application allows an administrator to create a project, manage clients and assign work items to team members.
In addition to this, it is also possible to upload Documents and Project resources. Documents are completely version controlled, meaning that they can be updated and replaced, without ever losing any version of a Document.
This application also places a high priority on communication. Members can communicate directly with each other with messages and all users can attach comments to Documents, creating a forum for discussion over Project Documents.
This application also includes Reports and Charts for monitoring your Projects. This way you can see how much time has been put into each Project and how much potential gain you can recieve from your work.

This video shows Work Items in this Project Management application. When a Work Item is created, the assignee is required to provide an estimate for how many hours the job will take. The amount of actual hours the job took is then recorded from the Time Sheets. From these values, this application can get an idea of how accurate their estimates are. This is taken into account the next time a User is assigned to a work item.
This video shows the document system in use. In this Project Management application, you can upload documents. It is also possible to replace documents with updated versions. The original version is never lost, however. It is merely set to an inactive version. All documents are viewable directly from a view.
This video shows the Email functionality in this Project Management application. All emails are automatically associated with the person who belongs to the address and the client associated with that person. Business Objects are automatically created from Attachments depending on the type of file. It is also possible to create and assign Work Items from emails.
